Registered letters

In order for you to receive a quick response or assistance, it is important that you address any registered letters to "Kronofogden" and use the P.O. Box address of the relevant office.

Please note

Do not address the letter to an individual case officer. A letter addressed to an individual can only be collected at the post office delivery point by that person, meaning it takes longer for the letter to reach us.

Allow plenty of time

Allow plenty of time when sending documents or other things to us. Postnord increasingly transports mail by train instead of by airplane, which is why delivery times are slightly longer than before.

Typically, a letter arrives overnight — the post affected is primarily the long-distance mail.
