Our core values

Our own core values comprise our vision, our mission statement and our key concepts.

Our vision is for everyone to pay their debts and for no-one to become overburdened by debt.

Our mission statement is to ensure that anyone who has the right to be paid will be paid. But we also provide support to those who have to pay their debts, and ensure that they do so in a legally certain way.

Our key concepts are reliability, helpfulness and proactivity.
